S pen

Gallery app is not working with S pen. When I press the S pen to change pictures in the gallery, the pictures are not changed. Except Gallery app all functions of S pen are working properly. What can i do now?

You can check S Pen settings in Advanced Features option in Settings ✌️

I have checked, all settings are okay but not working in the gallery app.

Yes. If i play video in the gallery S pen is working properly but when i select pictures in the gallery S pen is not work.

It's weird... You should talk to customer care. And ask for help over Smart Tutor application. Will definitely work
