main difference Apple pencil required battery power to operate but for s pen there is no need of power for basic functions(only remote control function require power, for that s pen use capacitor instead of battery, so with in seconds it will charge 0 to 100). next thing is apple pencil support only iPad as of now no p iPhone support, but spen support note series as well as Tab s series) spen is small and easy to carry , coz note series has a slot for that. but for apple pencil we have to carry it separately.
