Thank you for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that if the S Pen Scroll is working with other services in your device, We would request you to follow some steps mentioned below:
1) Navigate into Settings >> Apps >> Facebook >> Clear Data & Clear Cache and restart the device.
2) Navigate into Settings >> Apps >> Press on three dots >> Reset App Preferences.
3) Re install the application.
If the issue still persists, We would request you to provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports)
Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
