S pen not connecting

Any 1 can help me how to make my S pen connect on my Samsung galaxy note 10, i can screen write, but the air actions does not work, cant use the pen to take pics.

Always show "disconnected"

Hi Safoo777.
Kindly try the following steps.
1.Insert the S pen into the slot to start the connecting process.
2.Open the notifications panel (by sliding down from the top of the screen).
3.slide notification panel to the left.
4.Tap S PEN REMOTE.
5.A PEN (🖋) icon will appear flickering at the status bar.
IT MIGHT TAKE SOME TIME TO CONNECT(MINUTES).

IF THIS DOESN'T WORK (DM) ME FOR THE STEPS TO RESET THE PEN.

Hi, Safoo777 please follow the steps below to boot the phone on safe mode.

1. Turn the device off by holding the Power button until the option to Power Off appears on the screen.
2. Press and hold the Power and the Volume Down buttons at the same time, to turn the device on.
3. You will now be able to see Safe Mode down near the bottom left of the screen.
