My new note 20 s pen still won't connect even after trying all methods to connect it . It keeps saying failed to connect someone help me please 🙏

1) Try resetting the S Pen in Advanced Features>S Pen>Air actions>Reset S Pen.

2)Ensure that your software is upto date as out of date software can be the cause.

What if the software is up to date and I try to reset but it keeps saying couldn't connect what do I do then ..the sad part is that it's new 😕

I just updated the software yesterday and I tried to reset just now still not connecting

Odd that 2 different posters post identically although one forgot to change his phone from Z Series to Note. I'd be wary here.
