My new note 20 s pen still won't connect even after trying all methods to connect it . It keeps saying failed to connect someone help me please 

I just updated the software yesterday and I tried to reset just now still not connecting

What if the software is up to date and I try to reset but it keeps saying couldn't connect what do I do then ..the sad part is that it's new 
