Almost all of the note 10 plus users face this issue... No patch file or no permanent solution for this. Tried everything resetting it, cleared cache during boot, safe mode, and even sent a bug report... No use at all

Is this a way how you handle such complaints? Instead of proactively fixing the problems, you ask customers to register problem with 15 minutes deadline? Please be proactive to find solutions.
