S pen of my note 10 plus has started showing connectivity issues exactly 12 months after purchase.now it is only possible to take notes .not even the button is showing any response. What is the next step? Who should I contact? Any ideas?

* To Reset S Pen - Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote setting screen and tap More → Reset S Pen.
