air command not working after software update

We apologize the inconvenience caused. Air Command menu does not open when the S Pen is detached from the device or when hovering the S Pen over the screen with the S Pen button pressed.
May be it got disabled. To enable Air command, from Home screen touch Apps> Settings> S Pen> Air Command.
If still issue persists, we would suggest you to check your Samsung device in safe mode and through reset option. Steps available on Samsung Members Application> FAQ>Setting/System.

i had the same problem..... i read this solution on a reddit page..... and it worked :)

take out S Pen, then turn on and off the "Switch Access" and "Hover Zoom" option on the Vision section of Accessibility settings. Air Command will be back now.

thanks Ashwin solved my problem too. my note WiFi button switches on/ off automatically after I try to put it off.any solution ?
