So, we note 10+ users are facing issue with spen i.e. Air command is not working, s pen is not connecting at all.. Our device is out of warranty.. 
I submitted error report and got this reply from Samsung.. Plz see the attached image..

What does it means? 
My device will be repaired under warranty or not?

I have facing same issue from the last june update...samsung did nothing for it...

I am facing the same issue. I already rebooted my phone, reseted the spen, and checked the updates regarding the same. Many users are facing the same issue and theres an article about it on sammobile. Apprerantly theres no fix yet. So i guess we should wait for the next security update as last one didnt cover anything.
