Spen air actions not working, not retaining charging and disconnecting within seconds after june/july update, almost 2 months have passed no fix till today. And its not hardwere problem dont tell me to visit service center was working fine before never dropped/water damage **bleep**, Its a software problem sinve last update and resetting also doesn't work. When you pay 70000₹ this is not expected.

The only way to get this issue solved is to keep reporting it to Samsung CEO. Use below link to lodge a complaint. You will get a call from their office, explain it to them. They'll ask you to visit service centre, but even they have no resolution. So we need to tell them to solve it via software updates.

It says samsung ceo but it also goes to customer care... I have tried before many times (not for this issue) but resolution doesn't come buddy

1-2, or 4-5 users reporting the issue won't solve. There has to be a continuous reporting. Then I think they might solve, else, bad luck for us

After getting job sheet from centre centre mail in ceo desk they will surely help you . In my case i got discoloration bug in note 10 but ceo desk had replace my display and some parts of total ₹17439 for free. I was out of warranty.

S pen is disconnected and unable to connect. Since Nov or Dec 2021 the issue is there. I have seen many users reporting the same, it has to be a bug, please provide a patch @samsungindia
