Rollback one UI update

Hi, 

I am using the Samsung Note 9 and updated the device to Samsung's one UI android pie.
Dont like it one bit, feels like all the sophistication has been taken out of the phone. 
Can someone tell me how I can rollback to the previous UI, or if there is a theme for the android oreo UI?

i m unable to update my device to pie version please suggest me how to update
