Ridiculous Battery Drain on Note 20 Ultra Pathetic 🙄

This is ridiculous the battery life is so bad on Note 20 ultra exynos version. After spending huge money to buy this device. It is very unprofessional by samsung. The battery lasts at the most 12 hours after continuous use with Internet on and screen on. What is the use of spending such a huge money to buy such a pathetic device. If you use the camera it gets hot and battery starts draining fast. Not expected from Samsung. They are just into hurry to sell their devices with fantastic marketing strategies.

Some people on this forum feel battery drain and heating is okay., and some complain on this issue is because they fell we cannot afford it. And some give long lectures trying to pacify about new thermal technology Sad. Feel bad for you bro. Your heavy investment on note ultra indeed is a pathetic situation 😑

...this is to inform you that if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then this will happend only ...samsung provides non A/B partition type of Ota update, not like other companies so one and only proper and recommended method is to flash that firmware by Odin or through samsung service center or install software via smart switch otherwise simply mobile data or wifi creates software loop hole which produces various types of issues in device by which this forum is full with ..vision service center and flash software from them you can feel the difference

process nehi Malum to khud kar bhi nehi Sakta ....service center se flash karna sahi rahega..smart switch me abhi recommend nehi karunga keyun ki pc version disturb kar raha hain

most of the people have normal wifi modems or just mobile data..so majority of the users would be updating the same way..and make these things more clear so people can understand

most of people have pc also it's nothing difficult to use smart switch...most of people use Wi-Fi and mobile data that's why this forum is full with various types of issues...hum to 2012 se galaxy device use kar rahe hain hume to bhai nehi hota ie sab issues..around .2012-13 or 2013-14 there was a big backlash on Samsung and there is this issue where every S series and j series mobiles used to get bricked with every update they release. Users have to visit service center for every update to unbrick devices. Those times Samsung has this app called Samsung kies which detects bricked device and initialize emergency firmware installation. But also kies interface and ui is somewhat difficult and not all users able to use it. Then they released smartswitch with integrated kies where user can backup, restore and even update devices. As of odin Samsung itself uses it. And firmwares are open source from 2014 where developers can use to create their own. Samsung officially has a mail I'd for xda developer user where they can request firmware and firmware is sent to your registered mail. Sammobile is one of it they are legal and gets firmware from Samsung itself

oh .process...sorry.....install smart switch in device ( I think it pre installed in most of device) install smart switch in pc ....connect both by otg cable .....pc smart switch automatically notify if there is any software update available...click install to software..don't unplug otg during whole process

hey brother. first of all calm down.
I think now your note20u in studying period so that you feel drain.
my note10lite also first 2month had studying battery period.
so take patience and watching any other problems..
its going to good conditions as time goes by

But why it is like that. i have been using Apple device from long time. Never faced such things when using their devices. They are set to use good condition when you purchase it. don't know why samsung using this strategy. But very disappointing since the device cost is so huge ad the word premium they use 🙄.
