Regarding Display Blink

When i use me Galaxy Note 9 after few minutes of usages suddenly its display is blinking why its happened?

Please perform following steps to resolve the screen flickering issue:

• Adjust brightness of the device then check it. (Setting> Display>Brightness)
• I will request you to please disable the Show Screen Update option in developer options or completely disable the Developer Option (Setting>>Developer Option>>Show Screen Update)
• Perform reset settings (Settings >General management >Reset >Reset settings)
• Run the device in safe mode and check the issue
