anyone facing ussues with redemption of gear sport with note 9? also, the email sent to redemptions@samsung.com( as shown on my galaxy) bounces back. can anyone help with right email ID too?

I prebooked the note 9 and got the device on 22nd, It's almost 48 hours now, I am not seeing the redemption coupon on the my galaxy app. What am I supposed to do?

Guys hold on, the coupon will be coming within 2 to 3 days in Galaxy App. Someone may get it soon and others may be later. So nothing much to panic.
Wait for 2-3 days and you will receive coupon.
