Pre order Query

I have a note 8 & I'm planning to buy Note 10+.
The question is... If I pre order the Note 10+, will I have the exchange option as well ? Or should I pay the full money ? 
Someone clarify

you should ask the dealer who you are going to pre order with, if he accepts and acknowledges then you can have the same

If you are ordering online..options are there, check your device details and the exchanged price of your old device..and if you are going for offline purchase check with that particular shop..👇
