Bought Note 9 a few months back. Was working perfectly until yesterday I notices minor cracks on the screen. Couldn't figure out how they had come to be as I am super careful with the phone and use all kind of protection. Googled for reasons and found out from other users that even minor pressure applied when the phone is in pant pocket results in cracks. Absolutely ridiculous! Spoke to customer care and explained them the situation but to no avail. Seroiusly can't spend a ton of money on repair to a phone which is flawed. This was my first Samsung phone and probably my last.
