Some of you might have noticed this issues as well. When you get a notification and you view it from the notification panel and clear it, Open the App from the Drawer and view the message or notification in the app and Close the app. And Then you still see thenotification on the notification panel. And NOW you'll just have to pull down notification panel for the OS to realise there's no notification and automatically clears it
