Guys its been 10 days i got my note 10 plus.. but surprisingly i found that there are 2-3 tiny dots at the back of my phone that seems permanent. I tried to rub those and remove but these din't remove at all.
I never used my phone without a cover.

What to do? Shall i go for a replacement? Is there anyone who has experienced s same?

i think tiny dots forms due to back cover that came with note 10..because sometimes dust stuck inside the cover and do permanent damage to the glass

tpu cases always do some damage due to dust.. use hard plastic case..

oh then the company will definitely decline the warranty and they will charge you money as they tell physical damage does not cover under warranty even if the device is 10 days old

and the answer is no
you can apply a scratch guard rather using cases. the same thing happened to me as well I used a bunch of case to protect my s9 but none of them was able to protect my phone from minor scratches one day my glass got broke from both sides I got repaired and the service centre recommended me not to use the cover on the phone instead go for the scratch guard and a tempered glass. the cover won't able to protect the scratches at all
