Frequent updates lead to nothing but more trouble. Better that Samsung is taking its time to make Oreo bugfree and working on improving compatibility before letting users install it. I have had iPhone before this Note 8 and every now and then my phone had issues because of ridiculously frequent updates by Apple. The same set of people who are complaining here about late Oreo will kick back hard and spread venom against Samsung if a quick buggy Oreo update leads to troubles in their phones. Well done Samsung.
