Option to enable the default random caption and geo tag location on stories

1. The stories created by pictures are having random caption at start of the story.  In my case the caption when the story plays is "Tyagi School". Now physically on ground the distance between my place and Tyagi school is at least 800 - 1000 mtrs. But still the irritating caption is the first thing I see when the story plays.  Can I have the option to amend the story name to something more relevant?

2. Secondly when I checked the geo tag location of the movie created I saw that it shows the same Tyagi school. Can I change it to more appropriate location?

I have never encountered such issues, but maybe the location tag must have used mobile tower location instead of GPS.
Not sure.
