One UI not received for Note 9 non-beta in India

I see many people reporting receipt of One UI stable update. But, suprusingly I've got yet received the update. I'm based in Mumbai, India and a non-beta user.
I've tried restarting, wifi/ mobile data but nothing is really showing up.

Anybody can help?

Great to know. It's more than 9 hrs now and not received it yet!

its confirmed.. I was on Oreo and non beta.. got it today at about 6pm.. my Mum got the one ui pie update on her s9plus too.. non beta.. they released it at the same time
