One UI 6 for note 20?

Why is that a mid range phone like Samsung A 13 is gets One UI 6.0 but the Galaxy note 20 does not? 

Is the A13 more capable than a note 20? 

This update policy of Samsung just doesn't make sense. 

This might be my last Samsung!
