please use your samsung members app to enroll for the beta version and then you'll be able to receive the update under the software update section under settings

if download the beta for note 20 ultra and if I want to downgrade to the stable version, can I do it without a laptop or compute, only from my phone, is it possible??

I'm afraid not. you'll need a laptop to downgrade 🙂
