Any idea when the One UI 2.5 will hit the Note 10/ Note 10 Plus,  in the Indian market. 

And how many android updates is note 10 series getting in total???

Hey hi there...
The latest One UI 2.5 update is just being rolled out to the S20 Series....
It will soon hit your device as well...no fixed time frame though
As the Note 10 was released in 2019.
The Galaxy Note 10 series will get the new OS and Android 12 will be its last major OS update

Whenever, it will come, you will be notified via Samsung members app...especially keep checking notice sections or members app community section..
Your device is right now eligible till Android 12..
