Samsung is working on one ui2.5 for tha galaxy note 9 (a 3 year old device). This is completely unusual from the company as samsung typically only provides 2 major os updates previously. The new 3 year update policy may also be applied for tha galaxy s9 and note 9 series. But dont get your hopes too high as most of the features will be reserved for the newer flagships.

you are confused. Two updates means operating system updates of android. Ui 2.5 is Samsung own tweaking and addition, so its got nothing to do with 2 major updates. Get your facts right. 3 year update policy is effective from 2019 phones and note 9 series which was launched in 2018 and is not in the list. cheers
