One Tap Call Pick Up

I can't find any option for One Tap Call pickup anyone can help me ?

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Single tap to swipe (turn it on)

I have at the same place as mentioned above and I'm currently on One UI based on Android Pie (Galaxy Note 9).
As far as I remember in Oreo it was there under the Assistant Menu.

Search for "Single Tap" or just "Tap" in settings, you may definitely get it.

It should be there, if not then ask the customer care, they'll ask you to install an app and will take care of your problem remotely.
