Hello. I received my galaxy note 10 plus yesterday. I've been trying to claim the offer on galaxy buds, and so far nothing seemed to work. Any suggestions?

You need to activate your note 10 plus using same number youb used to prebooked note 10 plus.
Download Samsung shop app and login with same number and go to "FOR YOU" tab and select "SEE IF I'M ELIGIBLE".
Your offers will be there.....

i did that! its not showing it yet! i think it comes there after 72 hours past activation of the phone!
