Notification while being in games

Hello,

I am facing an unusual but quite frustrating problem.

While playing games in my device, I don't get any call or message notification from social media sites. 

I disabled my game launcher and never used the focus mode, also never blocked notifications from game launcher settings.

But nothing seems to be helpful. Whether playing from the game launcher or not, I am missing every calls while being in a game. Only when I leave the game screen, within seconds notifications for missed calls arrives

U HAVE TURNED ON BLOCK DURING GAME SO FOLLOW THE STEPS AND TURN IT OFF
