I think it is a hardware component and cannot be changed using software. may be this is for S11 series. And that's how it might be showing in hidden settings
hz = fps the more pictures change in 1 second = looks smoother like 30fps video and 60fps video watch on YT at 720p60 resolution u will know 120 is even better and smoother
