AOD doesn't matter. It seems to me that bluetooth and some system services were turned off. As I've always said, Note 8 battery is supposed to be 'Good' to the typical user. I had over 400 apps installed & all settings were turned on. Display was always set to QHD. High performance mode was enabled. Bluetooth was always on (Connected to Gear) and mobile hotspot was on most of the time. I consider myself a heavy user. I expected the Note 8 to last just about 4 hours. My 5000 mAh A9 Pro lasted me about 10-12 hours. So, I've upgraded to the Note 9 and it seems worth it. I get about 7-8 hours out of the box.
