Note20 ultra auto focus problem

After a OTA update  my note 20 ultra camera destroyed by Samsung. The main camera is not able to make auto focus. I need to shake the device to make it happen.

Here I am attaching a xample video.

Not having any issues in my unit. Try resetting camera settings and then have a look if issue still persist.

I have been reset camera settings and also take it to the service center. also manually flash the software but not worked

Bro you have toh change your main camera I also had this issue...recently I changed that camera and issue get resolved

Check the physical condition of your camera lens.

1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.

Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

If the issue has not been resolved then Reset camera settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).

I too have the same issue, and most probably after a software update. I have tried all these steps, but doesn't work.
