Note20 Ultra Gorilla Glass 7

Corning, a glass manufacturing company, just launched a new generation of Gorilla Glass, and the upcoming Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be the first smartphone to have this new Corning Gorilla Glass 7 Victus. The glass delivered twice scratch-resistant and drop-resistant of the Gorilla Glass 6.

This is just speculation so far. Just yesterday Sammobile posted that note 20 will have corning glass category 5 which is inferior to note 10 plus. So better to wait till launch and see what specs are released.
