I think we will get One UI 4.1 along with March update and that is the reason update is being delayed.

Yeah I am also using note 10 plus
S10 plus got update yesterday or day before yesterday
So hopefully we will also get update this week

Same with my S20 plus. Still didn't receive One UI 4.1 and March Security Patch yet.
