With each update, my note 10 lite seems like turning into slower paper weight. The apps take there sweet time to open. After cleaning all rhe cache everything. It seems day by day it is being turned into slower device

Try clearing cache using a cache cleaner. I'll suggest SD Maid or 1 tap cleaner. OR reflash your device. This'll surely help you
