Note 9

I am from India and this is my first Samsung phone. I just love the note 9 for its build and specs.  And the ocean blue color is simply mesmerizing. Don't ever feel like putting the phone down. Unfortunately  Samsung is very bad at updates. Other brands like one plus, vivo, oppo, apple, etc., come out with regular software updates and keep their customers happy. Whether it is software updates  or security patches. From the time I have purchased the phone there was just one update and that was a security update for August 2018. We have been hearing about updates for camera improvements and security patches. But till date when I am writing this post there is no update yet for the Indian market. Being a global brand Samsung should now start having dedicated teams so that flagship devices start getting updates regularly and not delayed unnecessarily.  I hope Samsung is listening.  I am coming from a one plus 5 to Samsung note 9. And I have no intentions of going to any other brand other than Samsung.  
I therefore kindly request Samsung to look into the matter a d resolve issues at the earliest.

when????? is the big question. some markets received the September security patch. so wonder when the October security patch will come.
