Bro..This handset Belongs to Australia as per the Screenshot you have provided, that's why you haven't got this update...For better understanding Screenshots attached...

Sorry for delay, I was not available....Now coming to your Point, First Understand it that I am not an Expert here & I might be wrong too..As per best of my Knowledge Our handset Firmware is totally dependent on PDA (Application Processor), which update build number with Android System Changes and Second CSC (Consumer Software Customisation), which is fully Country Specific Changes in Firmware.. So, Automatically it won't take updates of any changed region, without changing the CSC code or Odin, As most of the features are region Specific so they may vary from one region to another also some of features/Apps don't work when you change CSC or perform Odin..Again this Answer is to be rather given by any Expert in terms of handling this issue & not by just Expert tag only..And I am not the Expert in this situation handling...
