Is there an option to downgrade from android 10 to Oreo(Galaxy Note 9), Tried using samobile instructions but giving error

unlocking bootloader and rooting is the only way but that'll void your warranty and could cause crashing of internal ROM system I would advise against it🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

no you can't downgrade your software due to updates of security policies
and you can do it only by rooting your phone.

visit xda developers forum and you will be guided how to go about it. since I guess your phone is out of warranty you sure can downgrade.
