Samsung sports gear coupon got as part of note 9 preorder is not working. Getting the message invalid coupon code inspite of entering it correctly. Contacted Samsung cust care and emailed oupon redeem team about 10 times but they have not been helpful and posting same cookie cutter message to enter coupon code correctly. I sent screenshots of imei, coupon code and error but they dont seem to get it. Bery disappointed with their cust service. Did anyone face similar coupon code issues ? Need help to get it resolved. Is there anyone from Samsung team that can contact me. I have lost confidence in the samaung coupon redeem cust service. they seem to be absolutely useless with no brains. i sent about 15 emails so far but they are responding with same cookie cutter emails saying insert code correctly or use preorder sim no etc I even doubt I'd they are reading my emails.
