Note 9 camera glare line issue

Galaxy note 9 's camera having issues. Whenever light falls vertically on the camera while taking pictures it gives white glare lines on the picture taken. This is annoying when taking photos in sun or even in the indoor lighting conditions. Please suggest some solution.

I don't think it's a bug considering its the same case in other devices too rather a change in lighting conditions would help
