Note 9 blue tooth not connection to windows 10

It looks like connected but the call feature is not working since its not supported by your Laptop.

Remove pairing details from PC and Phone abd re pair it.

tried many times, from Laptop, from phone. didn't work. also phone factory reset, laptop BT drivers removed and reinstalled...still no success

Then try troubleshooting problems in Win 10.

Also check if your Note9 Blutooth is working with other devices.

Note 9 has low latency 4.0 bluetooth. Your laptop however is 2.0 old bluetooth. So it is not compatible. Your one plus was compatible be cause of was similar to laptop 2.0 bluetooth.
