Not sure what Samsung are doing here not providing the Note 9 with the Android 11 update. The phone is capable of using it and when you compare that the A50 will get the update its wrong. You pay a premium price for a premium handset, you expect a premium service. I am really considering not staying with Samsung if a phone doesn't even last 3 years!!! They say the security patches will still come, but thats not right. All owners should get a good opportunity to expand the longevity of the phone. Making such decisions not to update also impact on the environmental issues of our throw away society.come on Samsung make better decisions.

i paid 1500$ 2 years ago for note 9 and now already no upgrade to Android 11? Is it really true? Till now i'm getting updates even on my Iphone 6S+ which i bought in end of 2015. Well, by-by, Samsung!!! No more anything from you!
