I think Samsung and other mobile phones manufacturers have got it all wrong by refusing to support any modle after 2 years, they haven't taken into account the environment impact of forcing customers to basically throw their phone away just to buy new ones and constantly feed the demand for newer products.  What would they do if 90% of the world's population  stopped buying phones and refused to being encouraged to get new every year.
