I have tried turning off and on the video stabilization on Galaxy Note 9 in a fixed position using tripod. While recording the camera moves itself to left and returns to previous position. This has occurred ever since I updated to One UI 2.5.
Other users on reddit community are facing the same. Hoping for a patch!
