ok. I suppose I am lucky. I haven't face any issue like this in my note 9. my phone now running April security patch. running very good. no issue at all. battery life also good.

@samir: as per my knowledge Samsung never released April Patch in India. How did you got the April Patch?

i did update to one ui 2.1 as well
THE BEST UPDATE TILL DATE
Gaming is improved a lot
heat management is improved
best camera update (typical over sharpening kind of processing is removed and regular noise is observed just like pixels and iphones
aka less over smoothening)
