Note 9 Bixby Vision framework keeps stopping

I pre-ordered and finally got it on 23 August.
It was working flawlessly for few days until this happened today...wtf...
I'm not able to do anything related to Bixby vision.

How to fix this issue? Please help!

Just hold down the home for Google assistant there is a camera icon on the side, we don't need to install it from playstore it's already inbuilt inside Google's assistant.

Works better than Bixby though, but sometimes Bixby does the job better like with food and other intuitive actions integrated to samsung health.

i know that thing..! but overall Google lens is much better than bixby. and i was using it in my S9 but now i can't even download Google lens. if u can then tell me about that.

I was saying that we don't need to install it as it is inside Google's assistant, we can access it from there as in the screenshot, we can't install it from playstore... you're right but we don't need to as I said.
