Note 9 / Android Enterprise / Notifications

Hello All,

My new note 9 is configured for Android Enterprise / Work profile. I am seeing the below issues. 

1. In work profile, I cannot bring down the notifications. They are all locked.

2. In work profile, the button to show open apps is NOT VISIBLE. Navigation menu with home and back button is seen but not the open apps button.

3. I cannot turn off the work mode. The button in the quick settings does not work. Only option to so it is reatart the phone.

4. The phone restarts twice everytime I attempt a restart.

Has anyone experienced this ? Any help is appreciated.

when you say work mode, are you referring to Secure folder?

no. have different mode altogether. can use some apps in that mode only.

You have to ask your admin bro, Because doing anything on ur own like flashing and stuff would be illegal i guess.
