Anyone else facing weird network related issues in note 8? kindly tell how to resolve it.

whenever i reboot my phone or reinsert sim card it takes about 20 min to display the network bar, also i keep getting messages like "you've got a miss call from ".

lot of my friends complaint that my phone is almost always unreachable.
