Note 8 refurbished or used???

I've bought Note 8 yesterday
Two things I want to mention

In the first boot I saw the message "SIM card has been changed" & also I did not see the green sticker throughout the sides of the phone.
However the box was sealed packed. I bought it from Croma.

Is it refurbished or used????

Yup you should visit Croma and tell them about the issue and Replace your Note 8 ...

yup I got it checked.
Samsung is providing a slip which I can show to Croma and get a new sealed pack mobile altogether.
