It started few weeks back. suddenly call volume would be very low or sound would be crackling. Tried cleaning earpiece by blowing into it a d it sometimes works but not always. any suggestions what to do? I guess there is some blockage in the earpiece mesh.

Would like to tell you kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern:- 1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences. 2) Please run your device in safe mode. 3) Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
thanks but this won't work. It might have worked if the issue is persistent. Earpiece keeps on getting fixed on its own for few hours and then go bad again without any reason
